Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program 

 

Mercy's EAYL program provides senior level nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 stipend for the completion of their senior practicum (senior preceptorship/clinicals) at a Mercy hospital (St. Louis, South, Jefferson, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast)

 

Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers 

 

Build professional connections and secure a position post-graduation! 

 

 

Limited spots available.

To be considered for the program, you must sumbit an application by July 1st, 2024. 

 

*To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on.

 

*Speciality units will be limited

 

Spots are available for Fall 2024 semester. We will be positing information for Spring 2025 semester at a later date.
