Incentives:
- New Grad $10,000 Sign On Bonus
- 1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
- 3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
- 5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000
- Education Assistance:
- Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses
- Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
- $7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
- Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
- Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
- New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN
- Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
- PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only
