Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, and billing procedures

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient and staff interactions

  • Proficient in basic computer skills (data entry, word processing)

  • Excellent customer service with empathy, tact, and professionalism

  • High accuracy and attention to detail for scheduling and documentation

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies

  • Adaptable under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
