Mercy Rogers is seeking adaptable, highly skilled nurses to join our Medical Float Pool team. Our float nurses play a critical role in supporting patient care across multiple inpatient specialties including Medical-Surgical, Medical-Telemetry, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro.

Qualifications:
Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact state
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
