Overview:
The Senior Quality Improvement Specialist works directly with organizational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical improvement projects. The role will assist new co-workers in the application of quality management concepts and tools and serve as a subject matter expert in quality management. The senior specialist will develop work plans or project plans for clinical improvement projects. In addition, this role is responsible for making recommendations for change in practice to improve quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, current RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed in state of practice will be considered.
- Experience: 5 years of related experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree
