Reporting to the Director-Specialty Care & Product Marketing, this role operates as a service line expert with responsibility for managing and supporting the growth and development of assigned specialties across the Ministry. This role leads the development, execution, and communication of specialty care intelligence, insights, competitive analysis, consumer perception, and patient pathways in support of patient growth and retention. This position should be familiar with hospital and clinic operations and processes, clinical and billing terminology, and financial statistics including volume, contribution margin, and payer mix of assigned specialties. This role works closely with key operational leaders, committees, and councils to align specialty care growth initiatives and marketing initiatives, as well as gather, communicate, and distribute internal and external specialty care best practices, insights, and intelligence. This position collaborates with all Integrated Marketing to ensure specialty care is well-represented, aligning content & strategy to operational capabilities & access. Qualification(s):

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or similar area of study.

  • Experience: 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare, marketing, or other leadership experience. Demonstrated track record for success in specialty care marketing, generating volume growth. Proven track record in developing specialty care targeting, positioning, branding, customer strategy, product development, and/or pricing strategies. Healthcare specialty experience required
