Overview:

This is a REMOTE HYBRID position; co-worker must be located either in the Oklahoma City or Springfield, MO region to deliver on-site training.

 

The Senior Specialist - Talent Development will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating various learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing Mercy's diverse workforce's talents, skills, knowledge, and performance. This roles responsibility encompasses identifying training needs, designing tailored development programs, and delivering engaging learning experiences. Additionally, the Senior Specialist - Talent Development will collaborate closely with leaders and departments to align talent development strategies with organizational goals and priorities. The expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and talent management practices contributes to creating a dynamic and supportive learning culture that empowers employees to achieve their full potential and drive organizational success.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of education and training experience with demonstrated facilitation and training of instructor-led in-person and webinar content. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree preferred. Preferred education in Organization Development, Human Resources Development, or related areas.

  • Preferred Experience: Experience in project management preferred. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other technology platforms used for training and development highly preferred.
