Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday, Full-Time


Overview:

 

The Co-worker Health Supervisor functions under direction of Co-worker Health leadership to oversee day-to-day operations and completion of tasks at multiple Co-worker Health locations. The supervisor will have direct reports and functional oversight of both Co-worker Health and Workers' Compensation. This role will require travel to and from multiple Mercy locations on a regular basis.

The supervisor assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of daily operations and signature service. Serves as a clinical resource for department caregivers and functions as a nurse in the department as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of state approved school
  • Licensure: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse, Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience: Two years as a nurse
  • Certification/Registration: Current Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Supervisory experience
  • Certification: COHN or COHN-S certification (Certified Occupational Health Nurse; -Specialist)
