Overview:

 

The Co-worker Health Supervisor functions under direction of Co-worker Health leadership to oversee operations of multiple Co-worker Health locations. The supervisor will have direct reports and functional oversight of both Co-worker Health and Workers' Compensation efforts. This role will require travel to and from multiple Mercy locations on a regular basis.

The supervisor is responsible for planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of daily operations and signature service. Serves as a clinical resource for department caregivers and functions as a nurse in the department as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Clinical graduate of state-approved school
  • Licensure: Licensed/certified clinician
  • Experience: Five years as a practicing clinician
  • Certification/Registration: Current Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Preferred Qualifications Licensure: Licensed as a nurse by the State Board of Nursing
  • Preferred Experience: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred Certification: COHN or COHN-S certification (Certified Occupational Health Nurse; Specialist)
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently under limited supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft products such as Teams, Word and Excel
