Description

A health system affiliated with a well-regarded university in Texas is seeking a critical care intensivist who's board-certified or board-eligible in critical care. The successful candidate should be well-versed in most ICU procedures, including chest tubes, intubations, central lines, bronchoscopies, and lumbar punctures. You will work days on a seven-on/seven-off block schedule with very minimal call at night.

Opportunity Highlights

• Year 1 base salary of $430,000 + $50,000 qualitative bonus
• $20,000 signing bonus
• Excellent quality of life: 7 days on/7 days off schedule – work 24 weeks per year

• 45-bed combined ICU
• Perform most ICU procedures – no EECMO, no organ transplants, and no continuous dialysis
