Job Summary:

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring that all assigned areas are pristine and welcoming, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role is crucial in providing guests and residents with a positive and comfortable environment, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms and areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Change and replenish linens, towels, and amenities in rooms as per hotel or facility standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report any deficiencies or needs for replacements.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive and effective working environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, with knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality service standards.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend, and the ability to lift, push, and pull required loads.
- Basic computer skills for managing room status and supply inventory are a plus.
