    Certification Details
  • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, EFM Intermediate (will accept advanced but not beginner) awhonn or ncc, NRP
    Job Details
  • 13 week contract
  • Will float to the high risk AP/PP unit to care for pregnant women who require hospitalization and postpartum women
  • Could also be assigned to monitor patients that are high risk AP patients in the ICU/ED/tele units who require continuous or intermittent fetal monitoring
  • There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs
  • When the floated to care for a patient who requires a higher level of care, traveler will not be the primary RN and are only there to perform OB assessments and fetal monitoring
  • Patient Mix/Skill Requirements: Circulate C-Sections
  • Patient Ratio: 1-2/3 L&D depends on acuity, phase of labor, 3-6 Women's Health Unit depends on assignment/acuity
  • ~225 births per month
  • 21 bed unit
  • Charting System: EPIC and CPN
  • First Time Travelers are Accepted

  • 2+ Years of Experience Required

    Schedule Information
  • must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs
  • please denote all RTO upon submission
  • Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
