Compensation Manager   Pay Range: $104,352 - 138,878 annually   Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle  NFM's Compensation Manager leads the strategy, design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's compensation programs. This role ensures pay practices are equitable, competitive, legally compliant, and aligned with business goals to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside in NE, IA, MO, TX, or KS.   Job Duties: A Day in the Life  Manage: Coach, mentor and develop the Compensation team Create: Develops and implements salary structure and administrative guidelines Guide: Directs job analysis to determine appropriate salary level Direct: Conduct market research and analyze industry data to stay informed on compensation trends and best practices Analyze: Directs analysis of compensation polices to ensure governmental compliance, internal equity, and external competitiveness Suggest: Recommend and design special compensation programs, incentives, and recognition programs that support organizational objectives Examine: Research and resolve compensation issues company-wide Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?     Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, management, or related area 6 or more years of compensation experience 6 years management experience Human Resource systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software Technical expertise in compensation Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Project management skills Experience working with multiple-state operations preferred Experience in the design and implementation of incentive plans helpful Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check #LI-HYBRID
