Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

NFM's Regional Pro Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading Professional Services in the flooring and appliance areas, as well as managing the Professional Services centralized administrative department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and goals and implementing day-to-day business plans and goals. This position will work a hybrid schedule and can office out of any of our locations. 

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life 

  • Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flooring and appliance service areas, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Administer: Ensure that regional professional services, productivity, safety, training, and development goals are achieved  
  • Improve: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth in the professional services sector
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other regional managers and departments to ensure alignment of goals and efficient resource utilization
  • Direct: Control expenses and meet production goals for all regions

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience 
  • 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • 6 years of sales, builder sales, or professional services experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the home improvement or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of flooring and appliance services
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
