Pay Range: $16.78 - 20.39 hourly

As NFM's Shuttle Operator, you are responsible for safely transporting merchandise from one facility to another. As the Shuttle Operator, you may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those outlined here.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor Operate shuttle truck safely as well as monitor maintenance of truck.
• Manage Bin merchandise into truck location, secure all items for movement, and unload items in prep bays.
• Plan Ensure all transfer requests are filled and delivered to the correct facility.
• Collaborate Communicate status of merchandise with team lead.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months warehouse or labor experience
• 1 year of straight truck driving experience
• Must meet hiring requirements documented in DOT CDL policy
• Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license
• Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
• Ability to operate scanning equipment preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, drug screen, motor vehicle and criminal background checks
