Pay Range: $53,635- 71,381 annually   Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle   As NFM's Transportation Planner II - Imports, you will focus on international inbound volume forecasting, scheduling, and routing. You will play a key role in inbound delivery network and work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders. The overarching operational focus is to provide support and execute plans for the department, aiming to achieve company goals. This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in NE, IA, MO, KS or TX.    Job Duties: A Day in the Life Monitor Track and trace freight and provide daily/weekly reports to the stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity Manage and maintain performance and department planning functions, maintain inbound international planning and optimization processes and tools Plan Provide updates on transportation activities, metrics and targets Assist Serve as support and backup to the Transportation planning teams as needed Collaborate Communicate, collaborate, and resolve issues with manager and cross-functional teams Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, related field or equivalent experience 3 years industry experience specifically in international transporting, planning, booking or order management Experience working with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, booking offices, and customs compliance Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications, and intermediate Excel TMS Systems knowledge preferred Ability to enter data quickly and accurately  Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check #LI-REMOTE
