Pay Range: $19.09 - $23.18 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As a Window Treatment Specialist at NFM you will help our loyal customers create window treatments that they love. You will navigate them through the sales process while providing all aspect of customer care to our window treatment customers. You will build brand loyalty one customer at a time.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Qualify: Approach customers in a timely manner and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products
• Be the Expert: Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
• Accuracy: Ensure exactness of order entries and follow up with customers prior to scheduled measures and installations to verify information
• Communicate: Provide yardage of fabrics and other product needs for quotes for Interior or Window Treatment Designers
• Resolve: Determine customer's need and provide resolution and satisfaction
• Leave your Mark: Create customers for life

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-3 years office/clerical experience required
• 1-2 years interior design or textile experience preferred
• Window Treatment product knowledge preferred
• Hunter Douglas window treatment experience preferred
• Data entry skills per established department requirements
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Internet and email
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
