The Litigation Processor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the processing of all incoming/outbound General Claims Summons and Complaints and PIP Litigation filings, related letter processing and bill processing of their respective team. The Supervisor also oversees the team's legal bill payment responsibilities. The Supervisor will also interact with GC Leadership, NJM staff attorneys and NJM defense firms, NJM policyholders, and other departments within NJM as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient management of all work to include monitoring of workload, productivity and quality of work to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Clearly communicate performance expectations and help employees understand the organizational objectives and standards. Mentor staff members to ensure ongoing development and maintain accurate and complete personnel records.
- Provide support as needed to First Notice of Loss Department in handling incoming calls during times of high volume, lead team members in doing the same and in staying well-versed in these responsibilities to ensure NJM's commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and formatting details
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Thorough working knowledge of GC Legal systems, applications and processes and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional demeanor; ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to see the big picture; strategic-minded, results and detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to create an environment of teamwork, collaboration and customer service
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Reliable with strong attendance record and commitment to achieving departmental objectives
- Prior Team Lead or supervisory experience, a plus
- Knowledge of Guidewire platforms
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $71,633-$83,260Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
