As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing NJM's Human Capital Management ecosystem by partnering with HR and business leaders to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that improve efficiency, support strategic objectives, and elevate the employee experience.
We're seeking a Workday Functional Analyst with expertise in multiple modules to support and enhance our Workday platform. Configuration experience in Recruiting and Talent is a plus. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR and business stakeholders, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of solutions across these functional areas.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, specific hours are subject to selected start times between 8:00am-9:00am pending supervisory approval.
Position is based out of our NJM West Trenton office only. Hybrid opportunity once training is complete (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
Configure Workday business processes, security, and organizational structures
Gather requirements and lead discovery sessions with HR leaders
Translate business requirements into Workday solutions in partnership with HR
Write and execute test scenarios for implementations and enhancements
Serve as technical SME for Workday projects, including module implementations, upgrades, and new functionality within HCM
Communicate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules. Experience in the Recruiting module is a plus.
2-4 years' experience with Workday reporting and EIBs.
Knowledge and experience of multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $100,402-$116,574Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
