Job Description

Norfolk Southern Corporation is currently seeking a passionate SAP Ariba and Fieldglass S2P Lead to streamline procurement and contingent workforce management through innovative technology solutions. Are you an expert in Ariba and Fieldglass, with a strong understanding of how they integrate with SAP S2P? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the design and implementation of best-in-class Ariba and Fieldglass solutions to optimize source-to-pay (S2P) processes, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and human resources to understand their specific needs and translate them into customized Ariba and Fieldglass configurations.
  • Leverage expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, and Vendor Management to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and maximize cost savings.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Fieldglass functionalities to streamline contingent workforce management, optimize talent acquisition, and ensure compliance.
  • Integrate Ariba and Fieldglass seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA modules (Logistics, Inventory Management, etc.) to create a holistic procurement ecosystem.
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance to meet current and future business demands.
  • Champion continuous process improvement by identifying automation opportunities within Ariba and Fieldglass.
  • Provide ongoing technical expertise and guidance to development and operations teams on Ariba and Fieldglass functionalities.
  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements and best practices in Ariba, Fieldglass, and SAP S2P integration.
  • Deliver excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • leverage your Ariba and Fieldglass expertise to transform our procurement and contingent workforce management processes.
  • Apply strong configuration and customization skills within Ariba and Fieldglass.
  • Document technical solutions effectively.
     
Skills Required

 

  • 7 years of experience in a Procurement Technology Analyst, Consultant, and/or Architect position.  
  • SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management) and SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services).
  • Integration experience with Ariba and Fieldglass with SAP solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement, finance, and logistics/inventory processes.

 
Skills Preferred 

  • SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to S2P (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Architecture).
  • Certification in Ariba and/or Fieldglass. 

 

Education  
Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Engineering, or similar Technology focus preferred.
