Job Description

Norfolk Southern Corporation is currently seeking a passionate SAP S2P Lead that will optimize business processes while driving strategic change through Information Technology. This SAP expert will bring their deep understanding of source-to-pay (S2P) and supply chain solution mindset. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative SAP S2P and supply chain solutions, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and logistics to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Architect, build, and integrate complex SAP solutions using S/4 Hana (Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sourcing, eWM, TM, EAM), SAP MDG, Ariba, Fieldglass and others. 
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance to meet current and future business demands.
  • Champion continuous process improvement by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining workflows.
  • Provide ongoing technical expertise and guidance to development and operations teams.
  • Stay up to date on the latest SAP S2P and supply chain advancements and best practices.
  • Mentor and support ongoing SAP S2P development and quality of work.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify architectural gaps and design effective solutions.
  • Lead teams cross functionally and communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders. 
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Drive proficiency in technical documentation and solution designs.
     
Skills Required
  • 7 years' experience as Team Lead SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • SAP S/4HANA or other relevant SAP solutions like Ariba and Fieldglass.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement, finance, and logistics/inventory processes.

 

Skills Preferred 

  • 7+ years experience in an SAP S2P architecture. 
  • Certification in SAP S/4 Hana Sourcing and Procurement

 

Education  
Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Engineering, or similar Technology focus preferred.

Environment: Office Remote, ideal candidate must be based or relocated within 60 miles Atlanta.
