Description

At NorthBay Health the UKG System Administrator supports and maintains the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) system to ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll, scheduling, and labor tracking for all healthcare staff. This position works collaboratively with Information Technology and Payroll to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot the system, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications: HR and/or Payroll national certification strongly desired.

Experience: 3+ years of experience with UKG/Kronos systems (Workforce Central, Dimensions/Pro WFM, or Workforce Ready), preferably in a healthcare environment.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes.
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting (e.g., Workforce Analytics, Cognos), and user support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workforce regulations, including state and federal wage and hour laws and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, organizational savvy, and business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with comfort in data interpretation, dashboarding, and performance benchmarking.
  • Deep understanding of the time-keeping industry, trends, and regulatory environment.

Hours of Work:  Normally works an eight-hour day.  Hours will vary according to work demands.

Compensation: $47.35 -$57.58 (Max rate is commensurate of 20+ years of experience in role, based on years of experience)
