Job Summary
The Production Laborer will perform a wide range of duties within the plant including but not limited to:
Working with concrete pipe patching/finishing
Working with pipe making machinery and equipment
Working with/around lift trucks
Working/training to tack weld pipe cages
Working with hand tools
Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to follow company production and safety procedures
Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
Willing and able to train on different tasks
Must wear personal protective equipment
Able and willing to work overtime as needed
Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
Ability to read and understand a tape measure
Good attendance and positive attitude a must
Physical exam is required
Physical Requirements / Environment
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Able to work on your feet
