Salary: $24.96/Hr

After successful completion of the probationary period, employee will receive off probation wage increase.

Shift Differential: 

Monday-Thursday (6pm to 6am) + $1.00 per hour worked 
Friday 4pm to Saturday 4am + $3.00 per hour worked 
Saturday (4am to 4pm) + $2.00 per hour worked 
Saturday (4pm to 4am) + $3.00 per hour worked 
Sunday 4am to Monday 6am + $2.00 per hour worked

Part-Time and Half-Time Employees: 

Eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour worked

Summary:

Responsible to ensure HVAC equipment is maintained and functioning properly at all times at all locations. Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment, water heaters and softeners, boilers, refrigeration, and air compressors as needed for the Gaming Divisions.

Detailed responsibilities:
* Repair and perform preventive maintenance work on all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water heaters/softeners, boilers, refrigeration, and air compressors for the Gaming Division to include but not limited to: replace/adjust belts, braze copper piping, replace/clean filters, reclaim refrigerant, clean coils, and install equipment as needed.
* Document repairs in the preventive maintenance log; establish and maintain an inventory of materials.
* Check electrical connections and repair or replace as needed.
* Create and maintains a library of service and repair manuals for all HVAC equipment used by the Gaming Division.
* Cut, thread, and measure black iron piping; weld metal for various projects.
* Work with and troubleshoot automated control systems.
* Monitor and adjust temperatures at Gaming Facilities.
* Ensure exceptional customer service for internal and external customers
* Work cooperatively with the Carpentry, Electrical, and outside vendors to ensure assigned equipment is in good working order, including all Casino electronic equipment.
* Assist with schedule and staff training in HVAC and relevant topics.
* Review and assign daily HVAC work duties to HVAC Technician Assistants.

A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.

Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
