We are hiring Airport Security Guards to support safety and security operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for passengers, staff, and airport partners.

Qualifications
- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance / RAIC
- Strong communication and conflict-management skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Previous airport, aviation, or high-security experience is an asset
Job Duties
- Produce and control the issuance of all Airport Passes in accordance with the Transport Canada Security Clearance Program and Airport SOPs and Directive
- Send and receive passes to and from other airports, maintaining a control system to confirm receipt of these Passes and acknowledging receipt of Passes received from other airports, holding copies on file
- Ensure proper control forms are issued and maintained, performing a monthly audit of Temporary passes issued and Visitor/escort required passes d) Perform audits of the RAIC (Restricted Area Identification Card) system
- Perform a monthly audit of Visitor Passes to verify expiration dates and renewals if required
- Maintain a pass applicant appointment system which ensures efficiency and privacy for all applicants
- Process all applications for Transport Canada Security Clearances, including the capturing of fingerprints
- Check for the accuracy and verification concerning information from Transport Canada's electronic clearance listings
- Check all cancelled clearance files against Airport cancellations
- Maintain the Access Control databases for those requiring access Control and audit the issuance of airport physical keys on temporary loan or permanent issue to employees and/or tenants
- Review the Pass Control Key Register and sign in returned keys and/or follow up on any keys not returned m) Report any lost or stolen airport passes
- Manage Lost and Found items and perform administrative duties related to the Security and Customer Services Agreement Page 20 of 39 Contract No. RAAC26-001 Authority's lost and found procedures
First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
Valid Security License
