Job Skills / Requirements - Strategically schedule employees for shifts within a portfolio of sites, minimizing overtime  - Builds jobs, customers and billing information into WinTEAM with an error rate less than 2% for your portfolio of sites.  - Assist with scheduling short notice/emergency special coverage requests  - Identify errors and gaps in schedules and escalate to the responsible manager or supervisor.  - Create and distribute post orders for special coverages  - Provide coaching on scheduling techniques and best practices for other office members, site supervisor, and human resources  - Develop a thorough understanding of contractual obligations for the portfolio that you are assigned to including site visitations, ongoing training, and a close working relationship with the account manager.  - Track and submit mileage and travel expense reimbursements for employees  - Supports day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and productive matter.  - Conduct telephone interviews or phone screen interviews with applicants and schedule successful phone screen candidates for interviews.  - Conduct interviews for the critical response team.  - Assist the Office with other duties as required  - Liaise with the Account Managers on missed coverage, overtime, payroll corrections, and compliance alerts on a weekly basis 

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships  
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving  
- Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills  
 -Ability to multi-task  
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal  
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize  
- Proficiency in computer usage. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and WinTEAM  

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED
