Job Skills / Requirements Job Description
- Ensures that security operations occur consistent with policies and procedures
- Supervises, coaches and develops assigned staff.
- Assesses the criticality and impact of incidents, works closely with other stakeholders and takes action to mitigate business impact.
- Serves as the principle point of contact with public safety agencies attending in response to emergency situations.
- Identifies security awareness deficiencies and makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Effectively communicating job expectations to staff
- Security License is Required
- Previous Supervisory experience is an asset
- Experience in dealing with outside emergency response agencies.
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead in crisis situations.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with key members of the property management team and tenant contacts.

High School Diploma/GED
