Summary of Job Description:

The Digital Products Analyst will support the Digital Products Lead in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the performance and user experience of the Panda Express website and mobile apps. This position is focused on analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance product performance and drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and key performance metrics using various analytics tools and guest feedback. Interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate insights to cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Products Lead to define KPIs and develop strategies to improve product performance and user experience. Identify areas for enhancement in the customer journey, usability, and overall product functionality. Propose and prioritize actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive product improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize various aspects of the digital guest experience and utilize results to iterate and refine product features and functionalities.
  • Conduct detailed testing prior to initiative launches and collaborate with QA teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to align on product strategies and implementations. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes related to product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience involving digital products, preferably in an eCommerce setting
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: P2: $33.00 - $46.50 / Hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
