Apply
To produce and pack pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurant.
- Runs food processing and dough making equipment.
- Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough.
- Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate.
- Cuts dough up to 600 pounds per batch.
- Packs dough in dough boxes and labels boxes. Puts dough in walk in refrigerator.
- Washes dough boxes.
- Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment.
- Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all flo
REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with team members and guests.
- Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members and guests.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds.
- Ability to stand, lift, and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day.
- Ability to work early morning hours sometimes before 6am
