Description

The primary purpose of this position is to support the accounting and financial reporting functions, including time clocks and billing.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating Time Clock Invoices and Leases as requested by Sales, CRRs, and other client facing titles.
  • Managing the Time Clock deposits, keep a detailed schedule and maintain clock revenue records.
  • Preparation and input of general ledger entries for statutory, GAAP and internal accounting.
  • Participation in month-end closing and reporting activities, including reports for the board of directors.
  • Account analysis and reconciliations.
  • Research of various accounting issues for conformity to GAAP.
  • Miscellaneous projects or duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance as required
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Customer Service experience in a high-volume atmosphere

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • SOX experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP
