Description

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides real-time scheduling support, for department leaders, by booking appointments, managing calendars, and preventing appointment conflicts.
  • Prepare Director/Leader specific department reports.
  • Assist with the planning, execution and break down of department events, meetings and trainings.
  • Makes travel arrangements for Department Leaders.
  • Assists with seating chart coordination.
  • Responsible for maintaining upkeep of supply cabinets and printer areas.
  • Assist in maintaining department library.
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding as needed, for example prepping seating areas, supporting Team placement.
  • Assist with Department upkeep - Boardgames, refrigerators.
  • Support department recognition program, Internship program, certifications and conferences as needed.
  • Provides general administrative support as needed.


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Previous Administrative Experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities:

  • Organization skills and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
