Description

The Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President of Sales is a high-trust, high-impact role responsible for helping run the region. This position acts as the RVP's right hand—owning preparation, follow-up, organization, and communication so the RVP can remain focused on the highest-value work.

This role does not make decisions on behalf of the RVP. It ensures nothing drops, everything is prepared, and all commitments turn into action.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare the RVP for all meetings in advance
  • Capture notes, commitments, and follow-ups from meetings
  • Translate data, conversations, and notes into clear next actions
  • Maintain proactive visibility into pipeline, performance, talent, and staffing risk
  • Ensure leaders, reps, and candidates move forward without executive follow-up
  • Create structure, clarity, and momentum across the region
  • Review job metrics by office
  • Review staffing roster: headcount, openings, reps at risk, pending starts, PCers
  • Personalize Circle of Leverage targets and send Reachdesk gifts
  • Capture manager one-on-one commitments and development plans
  • Review all active PIPs
  • Identify reps with 4+ weeks without a deal
  • Flag missing development plans
  • Conduct LinkedIn Recruiter outreach
  • Identify reps at risk and prep skip-level list
  • Prepare large-deal deep dives
  • Prepare executive outreach for advanced-stage deals
  • Send outreach to lost clients
  • Review backlog and pipeline
  • Flag advanced deals
  • Draft deal follow-ups
  • Book travel
  • Prepare weekly scorecards and decks
  • Draft regional email
  • Create agenda for next week's regional call
  • Build monthly development decks
  • Maintain four-week training roadmap
  • Maintain Presidents Club tracking by office and region
  • Maintain industry client story sheets
  • Manage contests, trophies, and recognition
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 3+ years supporting senior leadership

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Executive communication skills
  • Comfort with data and CRM systems
  • High discretion and professionalism

SUCCESS METRICS

  • Meetings are fully prepared
  • No commitments are missed
  • Performance risk is surfaced early
  • Region operates with clarity and momentum
