
Description
This role will be responsible for ensuring Paycoms sales organization is well-equipped with the support and information necessary to effectively sell Paycoms current and new product offerings. The successful candidate will continuously work to increase the size of the sales database with quality prospects utilizing creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound and outbound phone calls to marketing leads looking to discuss the Paycom solution
- Analyze the needs of prospective prospects to distribute all marketing leads to the appropriate sales office
- Conduct quality control checks on leads distributed to sales offices.
- Provide insight into lead activities to assist sales reps in relevant dialogue with prospects
- Set appointments for quality leads and effectively distribute to sales reps
- Prospect profiling to identify high lead score prospects and distribute to sales offices
- Work with data source vendors to insure information imported is accurate
- Research list acquisition opportunities
- Correct, data entry errors, contact companies with missing information and update the database
- Identify possible prospects through social media channels and distribute leads to sales.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
Experience:
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- 2+ years experience in a sales or sales support role
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to think independently during high stress scenarios
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with a proven track record of error free work.
- Must be able to work independently and problem solve
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively
