Position Summary:

The Dynamic System Specialist will work with and help maintain vehicle data for the PM Plans used in Penske's application Maintenance Configurator and the PM scheduling system. This role will add, adjust or remove inspection or maintenance jobs. This position will focus on adjusting vehicle data within the system of record to improve our Dynamic PM process. This position will also work closely with other teams and continually improve vehicle attributes.

This position reports to Green Hills, PA following the maintenance department scheduling procedure currently in place.

Major Responsibilities:

• Add, adjust, verify, research or remove vehicle data used by multiple departments

• Analyze missing data, research as needed, and adjust the data

• Conduct vehicle data research and entry by working within the current files and system to aid our maintenance configurator system help create voice plans

• Perform data verification by reviewing vehicle data as needed to ensure accuracy

• Document change reasons and save changes for reporting requirements

• Work with subject matter experts to construct and help implement the Dynamic PM Plan's required based on vehicle data

• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1- 3 years of maintenance experience with strong maintenance systems knowledge

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to build relationships within and across the organization at all levels

• Strong analytical skills are necessary

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
