$22.00/ Hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM/ Weekends & OT as needed

Major Responsibilities:
- Handle Daily Payroll Department Operations (ADP), including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payroll
- Maintain accurate payroll records.
- Run and report on regular payroll data audits.
- Process manual checks when required.
- Audit UAW Point System
- Maintain employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidential
- Participate in the preparation of ISO Management System Documents
- Responsible for following up the implementation of various trainings.
- Responsible for the unified numbering and format adjustment of ISO system document and records
- Responsible for the implementation of the internal and External audit plan and the follow-up of the findings
- Responsible for sorting out the relevant information of management review as required.
- Responsible for timely replacement and proper storage of ISO documents
- Responsible for the training and assessment of the clerks of the document control group
- Responsible to set up and lead Quality Meetings within location.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Inter / Intranet use required
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a team environment
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
