The Customer Engagement Coordinator will support innovative campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, experiential, and content-driven strategies, while leveraging technology and marketing platforms to enhance customer interactions. The goal of this position is to help provide better customer experience while generating new leads through various forms of communication for the Remarketing Department.
We are looking for someone who can learn fast and is determined to succeed. People who are enthusiastic, have strong interpersonal skills, and set aggressive goals for themselves will do well in this position. They will have a good understanding of marketing fundamentals, technology and how these to bring our sales processes and our customer's buying experience together. With the desired outcome being improved customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
• Work with aggregator sites to optimize their capabilities and listings accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and report on aggregator partners & other customer engagement data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights, as well as ensure accuracy of vehicle listings and Penske's presence across the web.
• Support Salesforce activities, including assisting with support tickets, campaign execution and reporting, and collaborating with relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and drive innovation through research, testing, and implementation of new strategies.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of customer service required.
• 1 year of content marketing experience preferred.
• 2 years of marketing/project coordination experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT or in a related field required.
• Must be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office required.
• Salesforce.com (CRM) knowledge is a plus.
• Data analytics and visualization knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for connecting with customers is a plus.
• The ability to work within a team environment is essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are needed.
• Must be able to work across teams to develop creative content.
• Familiarity with web design preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
