Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM - Certifications Required
• Ohio Licensure - Primary Source online verification required.

Job Details
• 36 or 48 hours
• Minimum 1 YEAR CVICU experience REQUIRED (dedicated CVICU staff exp)
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Will take first time travelers, do not need Ohio license
• For 48-hour contracts, OT is paid out after 48 hours
• Selling Points: Open to the possibility of a block schedule, must work EOH and EOW, free gym membership and free parking
• Targeted patient ratios are 1:2

Job Requirements
• Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS required - must be able to read and interpret strips
• Experience with A-Lines vents drips sheaths dialysis and draw ABGs.
• Travel experience preferred
• EPIC experience Required
• Traveler will be the first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters.

Schedule Information
• Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract

• Working with Tele/drips/vents
• Unit Details: Typically runs 1:2 - 36 bed units
• Navy Blue Scrubs

• I9 required per contract.
• Government Issued Photo ID is required.
• Everify required per contract.
• Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents must provide legal documentation of the name change.
• Required if the candidate will be using a Compact Nursing license that differs from the state in which they will be working.
