- **Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6**
- 36 or 48 hours
- **For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours**

- Schedule Information
- Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID.
- Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
- Additional Details
- Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
- Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report (sensitive info removed).
