Certification Details
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• ONS Certification preferred for administering chemotherapy
• BLS & ACLS - AHA only
• PALS required for certain departments
• NRP required for labor and relevant units

Job Details
• 16-week contract option available
• Oncology experience required
• Sickle cell experience and chemo certification are strongly preferred
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU is necessary for consideration
• Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, up to 1:5-6 in certain situations

Job Requirements
• Must have oncology experience
• Sickle cell experience and chemo certification preferred
• Must show 1:5 ratio experience in SD or PCU on application
• ICU experience does not count towards SD/PCU experience at this facility
• Must float to all Stepdown/Advanced Care units
• Must have EPIC experience
• Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• Must be able to read and interpret strips
• Fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit or PAPR offered/needed
• 1.5 years experience and some level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred

Schedule Information
• LOCAL Bill Rate - $82 regardless of contract duration
• No block schedule available
• 36 or 48 hours per work
• Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion
• Assignment may vary including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID
• Must work every other weekend/holiday
• 3 shifts cancellation due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract possible
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine

Unit Specific Information
• Navy Blue Scrubs required
• RTO: Request RTO with initial submittal
• RTO approval is at the Manager's discretion
