- Transplant studies, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction knowledge
- Schedule Information
- SHIFT DETAILS: 5x8 shifts, 11pm-0730am - Tuesday-Saturday
- RTO must be on the submittal
- No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment
- Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that all dates needed off for the full 13-week contract are confirmed
- Additional Details
- Government issued photo ID required prior to start.
- Emergency Contact Form required prior to start.
- Travel and per diem workers can sign attestation if a county search or county searches will not be complete before their start date.
