- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
- BLS - Basic Life Support required for all clinical starts
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required as applicable
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for NICU and L&D
- Tech Cert Verification - National as applicable
- State License 1 Verification within 14 days prior to start

- Patient Population: Adolescents - Geriatrics
- Must be able to work in Telemetry setting
- Must have experience with vents, groin care, and chest tubes
- Job Requirements
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
- Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring
- Required Cardiovascular skills: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery
- Required IV Therapy/Phlebotomy Skills: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
- Required Medication skills: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration
- Required Respiratory/Thoracic Skills: Care of Chronic/Long-term Ventilated Patient, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen face masks, Tracheostomy Management
- Schedule Information
- No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment
- 1 Holiday RTO must only be submitted but it is not guaranteed to be approved
- Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
- Unit Specific Information
- Must be able to work in Telemetry setting. Must have experience with vents, groin care, and chest tubes.

- Fire Card must specify Los Angeles and needs to have an expiration date. This is an LA City requirement
- RTO must be on the submittal
