Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with excellent communication and customer service skills to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters (5 days/week on site initially for training). Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies and attracts highly qualified candidates to work at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, developing talent sources and creating an ongoing pipeline; partners with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, including succession planning.
