Job Summary

Site supervisor for rehab therapies staff. Coordinates day to day responsibilities of physical, speech and occupational therapy services. Supports the Clinical Manager in the coordination of compliance protocols and budget oversight. Coordinates the student program, department/staff development and process improvement. Supervises and evaluates staff performance. Expected to participate in direct patient care as needed and serves as a consultant sharing knowledge and offering assistance, mentoring and support to the staff therapists.
