ProHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Pewaukee clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring that patient care is prioritized and that our staff are empowered to deliver exceptional service. As a key leader, the Manager will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and inspire staff to continually improve and meet the needs of both patients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Evaluate processes, services, and team performance within the clinic. Identify opportunities for improvement and take action by leveraging data and research to implement necessary changes.Change Management:
Guide staff through organizational changes with clear communication and effective change management strategies.Innovation & Efficiency:
Use financial, departmental, and external resources to create efficiencies and drive innovation in clinic operations.Patient Relations:
Address and resolve patient complaints in a timely and effective manner.Staff Development & Relationship Building:
Build strong, effective relationships with team members, providing real-time feedback and supporting their professional growth. Engage in meaningful conversations to build common ground and uphold ProHealth Care's values.HR Leadership:
Lead hiring, orientation, training, mentoring, and coaching for direct reports. Ensure compliance with HR policies and model the ProHealth Care Behavior Expectations.Performance Management:
Develop and track performance metrics that align with PHMG strategies. Monitor clinic performance daily, weekly, and monthly, adjusting plans as necessary to meet financial and operational goals.Revenue & Expense Management:
Oversee clinic revenue, expenses, staff and provider engagement, clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Make necessary adjustments to stay on target.Data Analysis:
Provide regular performance analysis through scorecards and other metrics to physicians and staff to drive continuous improvement.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure clinic operations comply with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinic operations
