Location: Moreland Family Medicine Clinic, Waukesha, WI
 

Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
 

Monday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

ProHealth Medical Group is seeking a Lab Services Specialist to join our Moreland Family Medicine Clinic. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient and accurate laboratory operations while providing high-quality support to patients and providers.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform specimen collection, processing, and testing following established protocols
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory safety standards
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering

What You Will Do:

Draw/obtain blood specimens from clinic patients by mean of venipuncture or capillary collection according policies and procedures. Instructs patients for non-blood specimen collections.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal phlebotomy program at a technical training school or equivalent experience (2 years in a clinical lab environment).
