You're comfortable leading a small, collaborative team but also know how to operate within a larger enterprise IT environment. You bring curiosity, creativity, and accountability — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver impact through technology.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT or software development experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or project management.
- Proven ability to lead technology projects and coordinate across business functions.
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision.
