What You Will Do:
- Conducts individual, family and group psychotherapy, utilizing effective psychotherapeutic techniques consistent with clinical best practice.
- Identifies mental health diagnoses based on assessments and develops individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions.
- Evaluates treatment efficacy and patient progress to aid in reassessing treatment goals and progress toward discharge.
- Maintains detailed clinical documentation of client sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health records
- Obtains supervision according to state regulations.
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborates with other professionals (psychiatrists, PCP's, therapists)
Requirements:
- LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
- 2+ years experience
- Child, Adolescent or Adult experience

Hours and Location:
