What You Will Do:

 

  • Conducts individual, family and group psychotherapy, utilizing effective psychotherapeutic techniques consistent with clinical best practice.
  • Identifies mental health diagnoses based on assessments and develops individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions. 
  • Evaluates treatment efficacy and patient progress to aid in reassessing treatment goals and progress toward discharge.
  • Maintains detailed clinical documentation of client sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health records
  • Obtains supervision according to state regulations.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborates with other professionals (psychiatrists, PCP's, therapists)

 

Requirements:

  • LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
  • 2+ years experience
  • Child, Adolescent or Adult experience
