We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Concierge to join our team. **Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a concierge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems and software, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
