Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Weekend Concierge to provide exceptional service to our clients, guests, or residents. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to hospitality and an innate ability to anticipate the needs of others. As a Weekend Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing them with information, assistance, and recommendations while ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and clients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide detailed information on local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and transportation.
- Assist guests with reservations, ticket bookings, and itineraries, ensuring all needs are met.
- Coordinate special requests, including transportation arrangements, event planning, and personal services (e.g., spa appointments, concierge services).
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Keep concierge area organized and stocked with relevant materials, brochures, and information.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery.

  Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and cultural events.
- Proficiency in computer software and reservation systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
