**Key Responsibilities:**
*Housekeeping Duties:*
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of the property, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Implement and follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment.
*Serving Duties:*
- Provide exceptional dining service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals, and clearing tables.
- Prepare and serve beverages and meals in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service experience for guests.
- Attend to guests' needs and requests efficiently and courteously.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or food service is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
